More about Perennial Vegetables

Regine, with giant Taro plants in her garden
The VegHeadz, Master Gardening Volunteers who plan and maintain the vegetable garden at the Leon County Extension Office, asked Regine to update her information on Perennial Vegetables. The VegHeadz are planning a new perennial bed and want to take into account the relative size of the various plants, so the larger ones can be placed in the back where they will not shade other plants in the garden.  View Regine's Summer Perennials report as well as the additional photos below to help you decide what to plant where in your food forest.
