Permie meetup at Lululand, September 7, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

  • Just in case you are not a member of Meetup, following is Anna's recent post and invitation to our next Tallahassee Permaculture Meetup, scheduled for Sunday, September 7, at Lululand, 4560 Chaires Crossroads, starting at 5:00 p.m.
"Summer makes it hard to keep on target with meet-ups but Summer is over!  Time to get it in gear!  I'll be back from the North American Permaculture Convergence and will have lots to report, I'm sure.  People from the USA, Canada and Mexico will be talking up what they are doing, people getting the Permaculture Institute of North America PINA organized to help define what makes permaculture true to it's original intention and how to keep it from degrading into a "fad", working groups on everything you can imagine related to permaculture.  I'll report on what I can glean from all this.
Even more importantly, we need to gather ourselves together and see what we need to do as a group of folks interested and invested in the concepts and the future of permaculture as seen from this region of the world and this corner of North Florida.
What do we want to see happen?  What do we need to know, to do, to make that happen?
LuLuLand remains a place where we can all learn and grow.  I have some ideas to share and I am sure that you do, too!  Come join us in revisiting our EcoVista visioning and let's move forward together.
Bring some food or drink to share, maybe some interested friends as well,  and we'll talk then potluck together.  "
