| People, tools, materials - Permablitz! |
All the elements of a successful Permablitz were on hand a couple of weekends ago at the MEGAS site in the Summit East Office Park--people, a plan, tools, materials (compost, horse manure, mulch, cardboard, hay, water) and a nice big area to transform into a beautiful garden. Thanks to all who participated. Another work day will complete the layering and the garden will be allowed to rest for a month or two before Fall planting. Thanks to Amy Bennett for all her work in organizing the Permablitz and obtaining the materials. See more photos in the Permablitz slide show in the left column of the Blog.
